30th annual Vive le Livre gala sells out
The 30th annual Vive le Livre fundraising gala sold out on Monday, Nov. 14, just two days before the Library's premiere event featuring bestselling author Erik Larson.
Wednesday, Nov. 16, will be an evening to remember as the Huntsville Library Foundation celebrates 30 years of fundraising success at the Jackson Center, 6001 Moaquin Dr. A cocktail reception starts the evening at 6 p.m. and will be followed by a seated gourmet dinner at 7. The keynote address will begin at 8 p.m. as Erik Larson, author of Devil in the White City and Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania, takes the stage. The evening will conclude with a book signing.
Proceeds from Vive le Livre support programs and materials at all 12 branches of the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library.
